Overview
Niko Athanas is a litigator whose practice focuses on appellate litigation and trial support. He has substantial drafting experience at both the trial and appellate levels, including pretrial and evidentiary motions, post-trial motions, and appellate briefs in state and federal court. Niko also has experience handling a wide range of issues in the earlier phases of complex construction and commercial litigation from the pleading stage and on through discovery and dispositive motion practice.
Niko received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law, where he was a member of the moot court team and an editor of the Florida State University Law Review. He was also an intern to the Honorable Jill A. Pryor of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
