Overview

Alundai Benjamin has a diverse litigation practice and a developing practice in labor and employment. She also advises clients on insurance coverage matters.

Alundai has handled a variety of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, medical malpractice, and intellectual property litigation. She also has experience representing clients facing state attorney general action, responding to data breach events, and participating in internal investigations.

Alundai gained experience as a legal intern for a national insurance company and as a research assistant for the University of Connecticut and the Rudd Center for Food Policy and Health. She also worked at the UConn Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Law Clinic as a student associate, where she helped clients attain trademark and copyright protection for their small businesses.
