Overview

Erin Banks advises and represents clients in construction and real estate development disputes. Erin’s experience includes resolving a variety of construction defect claims, contract disputes, delays, and other complex commercial litigation. Her clients include nationwide homebuilders, developers, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals.

Erin also represents buyers and sellers of real property through all stages of the transaction, from negotiating and drafting contract documents through due diligence and closing.

Erin also has extensive experience in the establishment and representation of community development districts throughout Florida, including representing both districts and developers in the issuance of tax-exempt bonds, providing general counsel services to districts, and advising owners, developers and lenders as to restructuring district debt and district foreclosure actions.
