Overview

Greg Boulos represents global companies in mass tort litigation. He also advises clients on a broad range of corporate and regulatory issues in the cannabis industry.

Notably, Greg is lead counsel for a global chemical company in all of its asbestos personal injury and wrongful death cases filed in Miami-Dade County and the Southern District of Florida. He also plays a critical role in developing defense strategies for all of the company's Florida asbestos cases. Greg also defends a global consumer product manufacturer in its talc-related personal injury and wrongful death cases filed throughout Florida. He has litigated hundreds of mass tort cases in Florida, including the following cases that were ultimately tried to verdict:

  • Hantak v. ABB, Inc., No. 12-15235 CA 42 (Fla. Cir. Ct.)
  • Taylor v. Georgia-Pacific, LLC, No. 14-022141 CA 42 (Fla. Cir. Ct.)

  • Font v. Union Carbide Corp., No. 10-41578 CA 42 (Fla. Cir. Ct.)

Greg is also actively involved in the cannabis community and has advised cannabis clients on corporate structure, licensure requirements, joint venture and partnership agreements, and raising capital. He is also a member of Cannabis LAB, the go-to cannabis industry group in Florida.

Greg has been recognized as a Legal Elite "Up & Comer" by Florida Trend and received the Daily Business Review's Most Effective Lawyer award for his mass tort practice. Greg is also an active member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and has served as the firm's Pathfinder in previous years.
