Overview
Greg Boulos represents global companies in mass tort litigation and advises clients in the cannabis industry on regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters.
Notably, Greg is counsel for a global chemical company in all of its asbestos personal injury and wrongful death cases filed in Miami-Dade County and the Southern District of Florida. He also plays a critical role in developing defense strategies for all of the company's Florida asbestos cases. Greg also defends a global consumer product manufacturer in its talc-related personal injury and wrongful death cases filed throughout Florida. He has litigated hundreds of mass tort cases in Florida, including the following cases that were ultimately tried to verdict:

Greg has been recognized as a Legal Elite "Up & Comer" by Florida Trend. He also received the Daily Business Review's Most Effective Lawyer Award for his mass tort practice and was included on Best Lawyers' "Ones to Watch" list.
Greg is also an active member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). He serves as LCLD's Miami City Lead and has served as the firm's Pathfinder in previous years.
