Overview

Ashley Cullinan represents clients in all areas of the construction industry, including owners, contractors, subcontractors, sureties, and design professionals with respect to contract drafting and negotiation, and dispute resolution.

Ashley also has experience in real estate and environmental law, representing individuals and corporations in zoning, permitting, land development, and real estate disputes and assisting clients in resolving violations and complaints from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

In addition to her practice, Ashley is a longtime pro bono advocate. She is a member of the Maryland Volunteer Lawyer Services Community Advocacy Network and Building for Good, and has written extensively on various pro bono issues.
