Overview

Holli Credit is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on complex business litigation and white collar criminal defense. She handles a wide variety of complex business litigation, including in the areas of bankruptcy, insurance, class actions, and appeals.

Holli is also developing her pro bono practice, with a focus on criminal justice and civil rights, including section 1983 litigation, excessive force litigation, and capital defense.

During law school, Holli was a member of the moot court team, trial team, and law review. She was also an intern at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office and a research assistant for the International Law Commission at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. An avid traveler, Holli has traveled to more than 20 countries and has climbed the Great Wall of China.
