James Czodli’s practice focuses on commercial litigation. He has trial experience and has handled all aspects of litigation, including arguing motions, conducting discovery, negotiating settlement agreements, and drafting appellate briefs. James is particularly experienced in construction litigation, representing condominium associations, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in matters involving construction defects, construction liens, and breach of contract claims.
During law school, James served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Eugene M. Fahey of the New York Court of Appeals.
