Overview

Mackenzie Collins represents institutional lenders, banks, real estate developers, and individual investors in all aspects of a wide variety of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including loan originations, multistate transactions, acquisition and permanent financing, construction loans, and syndicated and securitized loans. He has experience assisting clients in transactions involving office buildings, gas stations, apartment complexes, assisted-living facilities, industrial buildings, and other commercial projects.

Mackenzie also has experience representing small businesses and nonprofits in corporate governance and transactions such as asset purchases, stock redemptions, and mergers. He has also represented clients before municipal zoning and planning boards, having worked on a range of land use projects including special permit applications, subdivision plan approvals, and zoning appeals.
