Maureen brings a wealth of hands-on experience from her years at AIG, where she managed high-stakes claims and coverage litigation involving directors and officers, errors and omissions, fidelity, employment practices liability, and cyber insurance. Most recently, she served as associate general counsel at AIG, leading a team managing more than $1 billion in litigation, collaborating with defense counsel, and developing strategic approaches for complex cases, including securities class actions. Known for her skill in distilling complex issues across various lines of business, Maureen has been a trusted adviser to claims teams and legal departments alike, guiding everything from litigation strategy to the evaluation of dispositive motions.
