Overview

Nancy Conicella is a commercial real estate lawyer whose practice focuses on contract and lease negotiation and drafting, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and review and resolution of title insurance matters. Nancy also represents clients in the land use and development sector, with experience in zoning and comprehensive planning, concurrency, permitting, code compliance, annexation, due diligence, variances and waivers, site plan approvals, and procurement of land entitlements. 

During law school, Nancy was a research editor for the Florida Law Review and served as an extern to the Honorable Anne C. Conway of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
