Overview

Trevor Cardo represents commercial real estate lenders in the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae agency lending space covering multifamily housing acquisitions, refinances, and assumptions. He has facilitated the closing of real estate transactions across the United States, prepared and presented loan documents for commercial real estate lenders, and reviewed and analyzed various organizational documents, title commitments and policies, surveys, and regulatory agreements including covenants and restrictions for affordable housing policies.

Prior to joining the firm, Trevor worked in the affordable housing and agency lending practices at a boutique commercial real estate firm and served as counsel with a full-service title agency, primarily focusing on title insurance and title closing issues.
