Overview

Ashley Drumm is a litigator and trial lawyer who represents global and national companies in mass tort and product liability litigation. A key portion of her practice is advising clients on medical causation and expert development, crafting scientific defenses in a wide array of toxic exposure cases.

Ashley provides a strategic and targeted approach to the management of high-stakes mass tort and product liability litigation, addressing outcome-determinative issues early, identifying overlapping legal theories across industries, and focusing on key factors such as exposure, injury, and causation.

Ashley is counsel for a global chemical company in its asbestos personal injury and wrongful death cases in South Florida and plays a critical role in managing and developing the expert defense strategies for the company’s South Florida asbestos cases. She also defends a global pharmaceutical and consumer goods manufacturer in talc-related personal injury and wrongful death cases filed throughout Florida.

Ashley has also represented clients in business torts, professional malpractice, consumer arbitration, civil rights litigation, and commercial litigation. She has state and federal court litigation experience as well as first-chair federal jury trial experience.

Ashley received the Daily Business Review's Most Effective Lawyers Award for her innovative strategy and resolution of a mass tort docket, and was named to the Florida Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2019 and 2020. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing a wide array of individuals who cannot afford legal representation.
