Brianna Donet represents manufacturers of chemical, consumer, and pharmaceutical products in high-stakes mass tort and product liability litigation.
Brianna is counsel for a global chemical company in its asbestos personal injury and wrongful death cases filed in federal and state courts throughout Florida. She has also defended a global pharmaceutical and consumer goods manufacturer in talc-related litigation. Brianna also represents clients in commercial and antitrust litigation.
In addition to her litigation practice, Brianna represents individuals and institutions in all areas of immigration law. Her practice focuses on employment-based immigration for professionals, managers, and investors. Brianna also represents asylum seekers on a pro bono basis.
Before her legal career, Brianna was a morning news producer at NBC 6 South Florida (WTVJ), Miami/Fort Lauderdale’s NBC-owned-and-operated station. She is proficient in Spanish.
