Chad Dunham defends property and casualty insurance companies in litigation. He represents clients in coverage disputes and other litigation, including matters involving indemnification and subrogation.

Prior to joining Carlton Fields, Chad handled a variety of civil litigation, including premises liability, personal injury, property damage, wrongful death, professional negligence, product liability, and homeowners and condominium association matters.
