Overview

Olivia Dresevic represents hospitals and health care providers in a broad range of health care matters. She has experience in a variety of compliance and corporate matters, including those related to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute, as well as fraud, waste, and abuse issues.

Olivia has also drafted documents related to health care transactions, including management services agreements, asset purchase agreements, statements of work, conflicts of interest policies, and nondisclosure agreements.
