Jorkeell Echeverria represents corporate clients in state and federal court in commercial disputes, labor and employment matters, professional liability matters, environmental matters, large-scale multidistrict class action matters, and real estate disputes. Jorkeell’s practice also includes cases involving the First Amendment, including freedom of speech, defamation, section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, and cybersecurity.
