Overview

Ajla Fatkic’s practice focuses on real estate and commercial finance.  She applies her background in property management and firsthand knowledge of the real estate industry to her practice handling general real estate matters.

Ajla represents national builders, developers of large commercial and residential projects, and other institutional investors in the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of real estate. She has experience with drafting, analyzing, and conducting due diligence reviews of a multitude of contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, declarations of restrictive covenants, easement agreements, and various other related contract documents.

Ajla earned her MBA and J.D. concurrently after a career as a property manager, and she holds a Florida real estate license. She is fluent in Bosnian.
