Jordan Foster



Jordan Foster focuses his practice on representing commercial mortgage lenders, primarily in connection with small balance loan financing transactions through the Freddie Mac Small Balance Loans and Fannie Mae Small Loan programs. His practice includes acquisition and refinance financing, which can include market rate and affordable housing properties, manufactured housing communities, and cooperative properties.

Prior to joining Carlton Fields, Jordan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alfred S. Irving Jr. of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. During law school, Jordan interned for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Financial Research.
