Overview
Lauren Fenton-Valdivia has a diverse litigation practice and routinely represents corporate clients in state and federal court. She handles complex litigation including commercial disputes, employment litigation, health care litigation, professional liability, and environmental matters. She helps clients navigate all stages of litigation, including written discovery, fact and expert depositions, and oral arguments. Lauren has served as lead trial counsel for corporate clients, trying cases to verdict and in arbitration proceedings. She has also handled large-scale, multidistrict class actions.
Lauren works with clients to understand their business models and goals to develop the most effective legal strategy. As a complement to her litigation practice, she also counsels corporate clients on employment and regulatory matters.

- Trial counsel for an international sugar company in an FLSA collective action in Ohio.
- Trial counsel for an international diagnostics laboratory in professional malpractice, employment, and commercial matters in Florida, New Jersey, and New York.
- Lead trial counsel for a health care organization in various litigations, including employment and medical malpractice in New Jersey and Florida.
