Overview

Steven Fernandez is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on complex business litigation. He has represented shareholders, corporations, public entities, and individuals from matter initiation to verdict in state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation in cases involving minority/shareholder oppression, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, government investigations, and white collar crime. Steven also has considerable local and federal government experience managing an extensive policy portfolio and devising shareholder outreach initiatives.

Prior to joining the firm, Steven was a law clerk to the Honorable John Zunic of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He also served as an intern to the Honorable John Michael Vazquez of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Steven is a trustee of the Union County College Foundation and an active member of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey, the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey, and the Essex County Bar Association.
