Overview

BJ Garrett oversees the firm's initiatives related to recruitment, compensation, benefits, engagement, and evaluation. She has more than 25 years of human resources experience across multiple industries. BJ is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is certified as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR and SHRM-SCP).

The Human Resources Department supports the firm’s attorneys, paralegals, and staff through management of the firm's competitive compensation and generous benefits plans, development and implementation of programs and policies, and training and development. The department ensures the recruitment and retention of qualified staff employees throughout the firm, and provides oversight and guidance regarding employee relations and diversity matters and compliance with regulatory issues.
