Josh Gutter’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters, including representations and warranties insurance. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, which helps him understand clients and their businesses.

In law school, Josh was a Miami Scholar with the HOPE Public Interest Resource Center, which provided a platform to intern with a variety of nonprofit organizations and government entities. He was also on the leadership team that organized the University of Miami Law Review's legal technology symposium. Josh is an alumnus of AmeriCorps.
