Overview
Bob Gilbert is primarily engaged in the practice of bankruptcy law in which he represents creditors, landlords, franchisors, creditors' committees, trustees, and debtors. A significant portion of his practice is also devoted to out-of-court workouts, compositions, and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
He also has had substantial experience in general commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including matters involving commercial paper, secured lending, and letters of credit.
