Blair Hedges is a real property litigator focusing on complex commercial litigation, class actions, and fraud investigations.
Blair spent more than a decade as in-house senior litigation counsel at Fidelity National Financial Inc. and has extensive experience in all aspects of real property and title insurance litigation involving insureds and underwriters, including title claims, escrow disputes, defalcations, and bad faith actions.
Prior to his in-house position, Blair represented clients throughout the country involving real estate, mortgage lending, consumer finance, fraud investigations, and telecommunications. Blair’s experience also includes defending clients in numerous securities litigation class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, RICO litigation, and actions brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice.
