Overview

Elise Haverman is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on life, annuity, and retirement litigation. A former prosecutor, Elise has tried more than 30 cases to verdict. She has experience researching, drafting, and litigating pretrial and post-trial motions.

During law school, Elise was a judicial intern to the Honorable Kenneth L. Ryskamp of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She was president of the University of Miami School of Law’s Student Bar Association and articles editor of the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review.
