Fred Hawkes practices in the appellate and commercial litigation areas in both state and federal courts and has significant experience representing clients in insurance coverage disputes.
Fred also has experience in constitutional law, including opposing several initiative petitions such as Advisory Opinion to the Attorney General re Tax Limitation, 644 So. 2d 486 (Fla. 1994) (voter approval of new taxes, tax corps).
