Overview

Julie Grijalva represents clients in a variety of commercial transactions. She counsels clients on matters including the acquisition and disposition of real estate, commercial finance, mortgage loans, leasing, contracting, and joint venture arrangements.

Julie received her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she was an editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review and founder and president of the Quinnipiac Business Law Society. During law school, she worked in Connecticut law firms as a legal intern assisting in consumer rights litigation, business formations, and various financial transactions. She also worked in the commercial tax group at Andersen in New York.
