Ed Kuchinski’s practice focuses on construction litigation. Ed represents the full spectrum of construction entities, including national homebuilders and general contractors, in all types of construction disputes and including mediations, trials, and arbitrations. Ed’s trial and arbitration experience includes construction defect claims, delay claims, and other contract disputes. His more than 30 years of experience also includes cases and trials involving noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements, professional negligence, insurance disputes, personal injury, and general commercial litigation.
