Overview

Paul Kisselburg’s practice focuses on the financing of multifamily and senior housing facilities. He represents lenders and borrowers in agency-related financing, with a particular emphasis on HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Paul has closed HUD-insured transactions in more than 30 states and has extensive experience in HUD-insured health care financing.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Paul was an air traffic controller for 22 years. He brings his attention to detail and problem-solving skills to help clients navigate the complex requirements characteristic of agency financing.
