Overview
Jordan Luczaj counsels financial services clients in regulatory matters involving state and federal insurance and securities laws. He has experience with various insurance products, including retail term, universal life, and accelerated benefit riders as well as institutional group life, group annuity, and stable value products for funding various employee benefits. In this regard, he has experience in the development and marketing of such products, including requisite disclosure documents and offering memoranda.
For two years, while earning his J.D. and LL.M. in taxation from the University of Miami School of Law, Jordan worked as a law clerk in Carlton Fields’ Financial Services Regulatory Practice. He has a background in finance and economics, specializing in private equity and banking.
