Karimah Lee represents clients in complex commercial disputes, providing strategic legal counsel and advocacy in matters ranging from contract issues to corporate governance.
Prior to joining Carlton Fields, Karimah served as a law clerk to the Honorable Karen M. Williams of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and to the Honorable Robert J. Gilson of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. She also brings prior experience in white collar criminal defense, governmental affairs, and insurance law, including legal research, document production, and preparation for meetings with the government.
