Ashley Mallon represents clients in insolvency and financial restructuring matters and related litigation.
Ashley also has experience in trucking litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, and construction litigation, as well as premises liability cases.
Prior to joining Carlton Fields, Ashley served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey W. Cavender of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
A former Division I national champion swimmer at the University of Georgia and former head coach of a middle school swim team, Ashley applies the same commitment, perseverance, and leadership to her legal practice and in driving impactful results for her clients.
