Overview
Benjamin Mandel focuses his practice on business litigation. He handles complex litigation in state and federal court for matters involving breach of contract, fraud, various business disputes, and real estate.
Previously, Benjamin served as a judicial extern for the New York Supreme Court and as a law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. He earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where he served as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society co-founder and president. He is barred in California and is an active member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
