Overview

Dakota McLean is developing his practice in the areas of commercial real estate and construction transactions, representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, owners, developers, and contractors. Dakota’s practice includes reviewing and preparing all types of contracts and documents related to real estate acquisition, leasing, development and construction transactions. Additional work experience with commercial finance, business transactions, property and home owner associations, land use, and local government laws helps Dakota acquire and maintain the required knowledge and skills for a well-rounded practice.

While in law school, Dakota interned for the Honorable Amy Williams and the Honorable Thomas Minkoff of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. He assisted with matters involving family, bankruptcy, and foreclosure law. Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Dakota is an avid Rays and Bucs fan and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
