Ilan Nieuchowicz is a real estate and business lawyer (consultant and litigator). He represents financial institutions, secured commercial lenders, title insurance companies, real estate owners (landlords), investors, trusts, developers, receivers, property managers, medical and health care-related real estate businesses (including medical cannabis consulting), and hospitality-related businesses. Ilan has also developed a niche practice in judgment enforcement and collection.

As a former business broker and real estate and business transaction attorney, Ilan has a practical perspective on business and real estate-related matters. He has significant experience in real estate and business litigation, title insurance claims and defenses, defalcation, landlord/tenant matters including evictions, real estate broker/agent disputes, escrow claims, foreclosures, quiet title actions, eminent domain, easement, and property partition matters. He also handles all aspects of judgment collection, including post-judgment discovery, garnishment proceedings, executions, levies and sales, and proceedings supplementary.


  • Represented a developer in the $7.75 million purchase of land in South Florida. Work included negotiation and drafting of contracts, loan documents, corporate documents, land use, and riparian rights.
  • Represented a developer in the $24 million purchase of land in Clearwater Beach, Florida. Work included negotiation and drafting of PSA and amendments, and joint venture agreement for residential development.
