Ilan A. Nieuchowicz

Ilan Nieuchowicz is a real estate and business lawyer (consultant and litigator). He represents financial institutions, secured commercial lenders, title insurance companies, real estate owners (landlords), investors, trusts, developers, receivers, property managers, medical and health care-related real estate businesses (including medical cannabis consulting), and hospitality-related businesses. Ilan has also developed a niche practice in judgment enforcement and collection.

As a former business broker and real estate and business transaction attorney, Ilan has a practical perspective on business and real estate-related matters. • Represented a developer in the $24 million purchase of land in Clearwater Beach, Florida. Work included negotiation and drafting of PSA and amendments, and joint venture agreement for residential development.
