Overview
Abby Preissler represents institutional lenders, banks, real estate developers, and individual investors in all aspects of a wide variety of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including loan originations, multi-state transactions, acquisition and permanent financing, construction loans, and syndicated and securitized loans. She has experience assisting clients in transactions involving office buildings, gas stations, apartment complexes, assisted-living facilities, industrial buildings, and other commercial projects.
During law school, Abby participated in the Food Stamp Advocacy Project and clerked for the Michigan Poverty Law Program in Ann Arbor. She also served clients in the Greater Detroit Area as a student attorney for both the Community and Economic Development Clinic and the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic at the University of Michigan Law School.
