Alan Rosenthal

Alan Rosenthal has represented clients in complex litigation cases for more than 45 years, litigating and trying numerous high-profile and high-stakes cases in state, federal, and international arbitration courts throughout the country. As counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants, he frequently first-chairs jury and bench trials and he has argued a wide variety of appeals before various tribunals.

Alan represents and counsels high net worth individuals, as well as privately held and publicly traded corporations in all types of litigation, including contract claims, business fraud and related torts, restrictive covenants, unfair competition, trade secret and unfair business practices, shareholder disputes, corporate dissolutions, employment disputes, commercial real estate, lending, First Amendment rights, intellectual property, manufacturing, and securities matters.

Alan also has extensive experience in advising high-profile individuals and companies on crisis management and media relations.

Alan is a solver of complex problems. And he does so in real time by applying his knowledge and experience along with managing a highly skilled team of professionals to strategize and execute solutions to those problems. 

In addition to his law practice, Alan — a native Miamian whose family emigrated to Florida in 1908 — has spent a lifetime serving the community, including nearly 10 years as a chair, vice chair, and member of the Miami-Dade Public Health Trust, which governs the Jackson Health System; more than 30 years as a commissioner and coach of the Temple Beth Am Basketball League, the largest temple-based sports league in the country; and 50+ years as a volunteer for the March of Dimes, including more than a decade as a vice chair and member on the organization's national board of trustees.
