Katelyn M. Sandoval



Katelyn Sandoval represents companies, boards, and individuals in securities fraud litigation and related disclosure and corporate governance matters. Her experience includes handling matters involving provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings.

Prior to joining the firm, Katelyn served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven P. Logan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
