Lauren Silk represents insurance clients in complex coverage disputes and has experience representing insurers and insureds in a wide variety of coverage matters. Lauren’s practice primarily focuses on financial lines coverage matters, including litigating claim disputes and analyzing coverage under professional liability, general liability, directors and officers liability, errors and omissions liability, and cyber, media, and technology policies. She handles all aspects of litigation, including drafting dispositive motions; preparing coverage opinion letters; researching and advising on matters including insurance coverage and general liability; compiling discovery responses and propounding discovery requests; preparing deposition summaries, status reports, and initial case assessments; and attending hearings.
