Overview

Michele Softness focuses her practice in the areas of commercial lending and real estate transactions. She has represented commercial developers, contractors, and subcontractors in all phases of real estate development, starting with the negotiation and drafting of contracts through representation in complex construction litigation.

She represents both buyers and sellers of commercial real estate and financial institutions and other lenders in varied commercial loan transactions.

Michele represents financial institutions and private lenders in commercial foreclosures and has significant experience in assisting lenders in navigating transitions in the marketplace and economy through workouts and loan restructuring.
