Sam Spinner focuses on appellate litigation and trial support in state and federal courts. He has served as primary counsel for more than 50 appeals in all six Florida District Courts of Appeal and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Sam also has experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions before and after trial, as well as attending trial in a support role to assist with legal argument, charge conferences, and record preservation.

Previously, Sam served as a law clerk to the Honorable F. Rand Wallis of the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal.
