Overview

Thomas Scopelitis represents lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions, with an emphasis on multifamily housing transactions under the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loan programs.

Thomas has significant experience with the full range of agency loan products, including Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) product line and Freddie Mac’s Capital Markets Execution (CME) program. He recently directly managed and assisted on a portfolio of approximately 27 Fannie Mae agency loans.

Thomas approaches every transaction with the same level of detail and attention, providing end-to-end guidance and management for transactions of all sizes.
