David Vollmer focuses his practice on real estate and commercial finance, with a particular emphasis on construction and development transactions.
David earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where he served as a staff editor for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law and the Texas Review of Law & Politics. He received the Dean’s Achievement Award for Outstanding Student in Real Estate Transactions. Prior to law school, he completed graduate work at the University of Chicago’s Center for Middle Eastern Studies. David's experience includes roles at SW Legal Service and the Lower Colorado River Authority, working on real estate, construction, energy, land use, and environmental matters.
