Overview

Kedar Venkataramani focuses on complex litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property matters in the field of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. His experience includes all phases of Hatch-Waxman litigation, including case strategy, motion drafting, trials, and post-trial briefing.

Kedar is active in the South Asian legal community and is currently serving on the board of the South Asian Bar Association of New Jersey. He is also a member of the South Asian Bar Association of New York and the Asian American Bar Association of New York.
