Overview

Carter Wallace handles litigation matters involving commercial disputes, antitrust, professional liability, and insurance. His experience includes representing hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals in complex malpractice litigation. He advises clients throughout all stages of litigation, including investigations, discovery, court conferences, motions practice, depositions, expert reviews, and all pretrial and trial preparation. 

Carter has also practiced in the areas of employment law, creditors’ rights, shareholder disputes, and real estate law.
