Charlotte Warren has extensive experience representing clients in all types of commercial litigation and construction disputes. She represents commercial lenders, public and private owners, developers, design professionals, construction managers, sureties, contractors, and subcontractors in construction disputes. Charlotte's practice focuses on a variety of lending and construction issues including, but not limited to, lender liability, commercial mortgage foreclosure, lien and bond claims, surety claims, construction defects, delay damages, design issues, licensing disputes, and construction contract claims.
