Overview
Holly Weaver defends companies in mass tort and product liability litigation. Prior to joining Carlton Fields, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable K. Michael Moore of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where she managed a case docket of more than 150 civil and criminal cases in one of the nation’s busiest judicial districts.
Holly previously served for nearly two decades in the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. As division chief of the court human resources division, she managed the development and implementation of national human resources policies to facilitate strategic recruitment, management, compensation, growth, and retention of the federal judiciary’s workforce of approximately 30,000 employees.
