Overview

Joshua Wilkinson represents clients in complex business disputes, with a background in both federal and state courts. His experience includes service in federal and state government, including as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark D. Houle of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

During law school, Joshua gained litigation experience at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan and the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago. He also advocated for survivors of human trafficking as a student attorney at the University of Michigan’s Human Trafficking Clinic and served as a student attorney guardian ad litem in the Child Advocacy Law Clinic.
