Overview

Roben West is a litigator who focuses her practice on property and casualty insurance and general business litigation. She has experience handling a variety of coverage issues arising under both first-party and third-party policies and has counseled clients on many claims, including construction defect, professional malpractice, and bodily injury. Her other litigation experience covers a wide range of matters and industries.

Roben is a regular contributing writer to the firm’s PropertyCasualtyFocus blog, focused on legal developments in the property-casualty insurance industry.

Prior to joining Carlton Fields, Roben was a law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Wilson of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Tampa.
